01How do I get access?
CV Milana studio is invite-only. An administrator creates a one-use invitation for your email; there is no public signup.
02What can I do in CV Milana studio?
Edit resumes and cover letters, check the text in a resume PDF, and keep track of job applications in one workspace.
03Will my resume get past applicant tracking systems?
The ATS checker shows the text software extracts from a PDF and what to review. It can test a file made here or elsewhere, but no checker can guarantee how every employer's system will rank a resume.

Documents are private by default. An administrator can view and edit documents to operate the service; administrator edits create a restore point. You choose whether to share a resume publicly or with a password.
05Can I import a resume I already have?
Import a PDF, a LinkedIn data export, a JSON Resume file, a compatible resume JSON export, or a Word document when the import service is available.
06What formats can I download?
Export documents as PDF, Word (DOCX), Markdown or JSON. JSON is a portable data copy; layouts can differ when opened in another service.
07Does it use AI?
The assistant is available when AI is enabled for the service. Choosing an AI action may send the selected resume content to the configured provider; check the in-app notice before continuing.
08Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Open CV Milana studio in a mobile browser; supported browsers can add it to the home screen as a web app. An internet connection is required to sync documents.
09Can I track job applications here?
The workspace includes job and application tracking alongside resumes and cover letters.
10Which languages does it speak?
The interface can be switched among 54 locales. A resume can be written in any language, including right-to-left scripts like Arabic and Hebrew.
